Military pension division is not a standard QDRO. It is governed by the Uniformed Services Former Spouses’ Protection Act and administered through DFAS, with specialized rules affecting the marital share, disability-related benefits, and survivor coverage.
Rendi Clegg Law provides focused analysis, drafting, and consultation concerning the frozen benefit rule, DFAS-compliant Military Pension Division Orders, the 10/10 rule, Survivor Benefit Plan elections, VA disability waivers, CRDP, and CRSC.
Services are individually scoped, with flat-fee pricing available whenever appropriate. Rendi Alexander is licensed in Illinois, and work involving another jurisdiction may be undertaken in consultation or coordination with locally licensed counsel as appropriate.
