Attorney-drafted Marital Settlement Agreements without the high cost of full representation

Clear agreements. Confident futures.

How it Works

Most of my clients come to me after they’ve already done the hard part—reaching agreement through mediation or direct negotiation. What they need now is clear, enforceable, court-ready documents without spending $10,000+ on full litigation.

That’s exactly what I provide.

Typical Investment

  • Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) Drafting or Review
    Starting at $1,500 – $3,000
(Depending on complexity, assets, and level of revision required)

  • Allocation Judgment / Parenting Plan
    Starting at $1,000 – $2,500

  • Full Uncontested Divorce Document Package
(MSA + Parenting Plan + Required Filings)
    Typically $2,500 – $5,000

  • Limited Scope Court Appearance (if needed)
Flat-fee or capped hourly—discussed during consultation

Every matter is different. Final pricing depends on factors like (1) number and complexity of assets, (2) presence of children and parenting issues, (3) level of agreement between parties, and (4) whether documents are being drafted from scratch or revised. You will always receive clear pricing before any work begins.

“Is this the right fit for you?”

This model works best if:

  • You and the other party are mostly in agreement

  • You want to keep costs predictable

  • You are not looking for full litigation representation

If your case is highly contested or heading toward trial, I may recommend a different approach.

Compared to traditional full-representation divorce (often $15,000–$50,000+), this approach is designed for clients who:

  • Have already reached agreement

  • Want to avoid unnecessary conflict and expense

  • Need high-quality legal drafting to finalize their case properly
